i am a big big fan from THOR and dislike the green tomato hulk, BUT i think ( maybe we ? ) should admit that HULK is the stronger one.
Really sad to say so , but how many comics showed us that THOR never has a win over HULK ...
whatever to be the strongest one doesnt mean to be the most facinating character.
Can somebody tell me how many fight is there between hulk and thor up to day ?

I like most of Marvels the Characters especially Thor, Hulk, Cap, Spidy, etc. Remembers folks, these are Characters created by Marvel writers with certain characteristics. Again, if you ask Stan Lee, the Hulk is the strongest of the Marvel Characters. Here is proof for the Thor and Hulk fans to view. Marvel has come out with "The Ultimate Avengers" Movie in February of 2006. If you guys have any questions as to who would win in a battle between Thor and Hulk, this will answer your questions without a doubt. Not only does the Hulk defeat Thor, but had it not been for Captain America, Marvel writers would have had to create an Ashgard funeral. The second issue of "The Ultimate Avenger" is due to come out in August of this year (2006).
I just think that if Thor uses his hammer to its full effect then Hulk is toast, crispy at that. If Thor trys a slugfest then he deserves to get his arse kicked for being stupid. Im a long time Thor fan and I know he aint gonna hang for long in a fist fight, but Thor has so many feats with Mjolnir that are just amazing. If he uses Mjolnir right then no way Hulk should be able to beat him.

You obviously havent read a lot of comics. Thor ko'd the hulk with lightning. I have never been ko'd by static shock, have you?
Thor ko'd a power gem boosted drax the destroyer and maxam (who has gone toe to toe with Drax and Hercules) with one punch each. Thor was the only one who was able to beat down IG Thanos. Thor almost killed the surfer more than once and quite easily overpowered the united attack of the cosmic powered silver surfer and an soul gem boosted adam warlock.
Thor usually holds back when fighting the hulk but the one time he didnt he killed the hulk with his bare hands. Thor has also lifted a hell of a lot more than the Hulk. Hulk barely held up a small cave size section of a mountain although in his defense he probably wasnt at peak strength. At peak strength Hulk maybe able to match Thor or Hercules' lifting ability but we havent seen any feats to back this up. Thor has also knocked people into orbit and literally thrown people out of the solar system. Hulk's advantage is his reach, durability, speed of recovery and lack of hesitation in attack.

2) You're basing who would win between these two on a MOVIE?
3) Thor fought like a dumbass, he used Mjolnir as a club and just pounded on Hulk.
4) If Thor used Mjolnir to the fullest potential, he would defeat Hulk 10/10.
No, no Hulk really can do these things. I cant find proof, and Marvel says otherwise but it has to be true because Hulk said he was the strongest one there is.
Thor is only a omnipotent god who has bested the fates, drove off Galactus, defeated a Celestial, dented Captain America's shield, defeated Perrikus, killed Hulk and Thing with one hand, lifted the midgard serpent who's weight is the equivalent to the earth, took over earth, punched through a dimension, defeated Desak in the destroyer armor, killed Mangog with a one hand and a single word, and much more. Now tell me how Thor can defeat Hulk?
