Hulk lifted it in the animated movie, not the comic, however even if he had lifted it in the comic, that would still be the Ult universe which is a completely different Thor and Hulk.
BTW, Ult Thor did hurt the Hulk, remember Thor listed the Hulk's injuries after he stopped attacking, the Hulk was just lucky Ult Thor stopped in order to ask for his surrender.

it never said witch thor or hulk but im pretty sure meastro can take a majority versions of thor
KMC states no PIS and the characters will fight at their best. Classic Thor BFRs Hulk with Mjolnir and Current Thor utterly annihilates Hulk.
OMG Ive sooooo got to get into this
Although Im not an avid reader of Thor, I dont read Hulk all that much either (Marvel has too many titles and crossovers for characters and groups now it makes it hard for me to keep up.)
I know Im gonna get flamed for this next statement. I wont count Gray Hulk in my argument because he's one of the Hulks I don't like.
When I think of Hulk and his powers out of all the incarnations, IMO these three come to mind as being the most powerful.
Ill start out with the least of the three first.
Mindless Hulk.......About 80/20 in Thor's favor. Mindless Hulk would have to get lucky to beat Thor.
Savage Hulk.......This one is more like 50/50 maybe a little edge to Hulk but not much.
WWH........Hulk hands down.
Hulk is the one of the strongest beings in the Marvel Universe falling just under cosmic entity's, but he could beat some of them also. We're talking about a character that beat Onslaught, handed Juggs his rear on a number of occasions, and held up a 150 millions tons in the Secret Wars series.
Even Thanos who has beaten Thor stated that he wouldnt wanna face the Hulk.
However, I heard that Ragnarok has happened in the MU and the only Asgardian left is Thor, and he has the Odin power. Thor and Odin's power combined into one Being would be sick. If this is true then I would give it to Thor over any Hulk incarnation. Blue Marvel, Sentry, ANY DC character, and probably most cosmic entity's.
This post is just my opinion.

Mindless Hulk > Savage Hulk by far when enraged*
