aside from that you can easily find threads where Bruce lee recorded punches are measured and compared to humans.

All I'm going to say is that he did that all before those cigars could begin to fall. Which isn't 2 seconds. We were given a point of reference, and the point of reference makes it impossible for it have taken two seconds.
I don't need to measure their world. It's earth, with a few extra countries. Acceleration due to gravity is 9.8 meters per second. If the cigars didn't hit the ground, then it didn't take two seconds. IT COULDN'T HAVE TAKEN TWO SECONDS.

It couldn't have been 2 seconds because acceleration due to gravity is 9.81 METERS per second! Unless otherwise stated that is gravity in Marvel. You might as well just arbitrarily decide that the speed of light in Marvel is two feet per second.
