That is so biased 🙄

Firstly, her sister's death was accidental, still partly her fault but the three murders part is stretching it.

And the 12 years was because of her testimony, which I don't agree with, but regardless, his lawyers are to blame for withholding the tapes that would have convicted him without the testimony. Then she would have been tried for murder as well.

And you say this like she's just being allowed to return to society, for your information, there are I believe somewhere around 20 probabtion restrictions set on her.

12 years and probation restrictions for murding and rapeing people. Ouch that is a bit harsh dont ya think? Actually no I dont think that is harsh.

ya she should of gone longer than that...maybe like her whole life

There's higher things at work here, obviously I don't agree with this, but she's done her time, not to mention they can't back out of the deal, and anyways my bet is she'll be dead by the end of the year, the public doesn't take to kindly to convicted rapists.

I'm sure unlike Canada obviously, the state's record for things such as this is perfect 👆

I have followed this case for years now.. This chick successfully scammed the system like nobody's business.. The stuff she did with that wretched husband of hers is just sickening..she 'gave' her own sister to him as a 'gift' and then months later (after her sister died that night as the direct result of their drugging her) was doing sexual role play on video dressed up as her dead baby sister..
But the deal was done.. The court couldnt renig or they would lose all credibility in future cases where witness testimony is so crucial... 12 years isnt nearly long enough IMO but thats the court system and according to that she has served her time...

I agree very much, not nearly enough, but backing down from the deal would do more damage than anything.

Yep, that is the Canadian court system for you.

yeah cause the yankee court system is sooooo not f*ucked up 🙄

A terrible thing, and she deserved worse, but she served her sentence, and obviously the legal system must think she is safe enough to be released. Still, she deserved longer, but it is hardly only Canada that has made questionable decisions over inmates convicted of horrendous crimes.

Yea because OJ clearly didn't do it 👆

It is going to suck for all the parents now, they are going to have to deal with a rapist living in their neighborhood knowing that she let her husband rape her 15 year old sister. Could she be rehibilitated in 12 years? Pleaseee, get it together Canada. At least try and keep the rapists off the streets.

Her husband is

She should have been tortured and shot.

Go Canada.

I was going to post something clever and witty, but there's not much to say about this one. 😐

KidRock, I gotta ask....do you think the American justice system is perfect and no criminals are on the streets after serving only a little time?

Or no time at all 😱 even better
