the reason shes bein let out was because it was her and her husband who did this...she jus helped him....so to get him in jail for life ....the canadian justice system had to bribe her and come to an agreement wit her. they told her in order to have a lesser sentence to bait out and testify on her husband ...so she did....
she though shouldn't be let out and should styll be locked up is gettn out cause of the agreement....and is goin to montreal to live but isn't aloud to be near citzen ....
shes scared that someone would klll her too .....well obviously look wut she did ...she should be in a aslym gettin mental help in my opioion

Well in her case, if she breaks any of the restrictions, she can be sent back to jail for 2 years, the sad thing is she has a powerful team of lawyers behind her, so it'd probably be reduced to about 4 months or so.It's sad that they work for the bad guy 😬
If she broke the restrictions she should be sent back for at least 5 years, two years wont teach her a lesson, hell if she IS a sociopath then 12 years wont teach her a lesson. She needs help, not be released into the public.

he cant answer that, because to do so honestly would blow his ulterior argument (america is superior to canada in every way) right the f*** out of the water. thus his purposeful dodging of your question.
now i have you ask YOU....are you the least bit surprised?
Trust me a lot of people are really mad at her however i noticed that a lot of people are very interested in this case. This is the most famous criminal case ever here. However yes they are terrible people in the US however most of them are locked for good. The only reason she is not locked up forever because all of the evidence was not brought up. So to get the bigger fish (Paul) they had to sign a deal to make Karla testify. We do have a limit of 25 years however there is some sort of special tool were they classify someone as a Dangerous offender and they can kept in for life. Thats what happened to Paul. Its just the law that you can't be tried twice same as in the US.
I agree Canadian law is a little soft.

Am I surprised he dodged? Not in the least.
Not that it excuses her in ANY way.. but we have way more of these types of cases in America.. this is not about who's better USA or Canada.. its about the ability of one person to navigate the legal system (in either country) in such a way that it makes a mockery out of it.. This chick knew exactly what all she had done when she 'confessed'.. she chose to withhold information to get a sweet deal for herself.. so yes she has served her time and according to the courts is free to go (with probation & restrictions of course) but this story isnt over by a long shot methinks....
