Yeah, when there was only one incident it was thought to be a power surge. Following that, AC, they did say it was an explosion as a result of a bomb.

Remember, most of the time when they say to expect more bombings, they don't happen. I've heard Las Vegas on the terrorists "hit-list" many times and have yet to see a single bomb drop, explode, bullet fly, etc.
