I would hope not, there are bombings happening all of the time all over the world. Just because they don't always get front page news means nothing.
Why put our American citizens in a fit and panic when there is nothing to suggest this was a warning to Bush and his administration?
I do find it funny though, throught these years since 9/11 they have been bumping the Terror Alert every time any minor incident happens, but now that a bombing occurs they do nothing about it.
