Darth Revan and Darth Malak vs. NJO Luke and Mace Windu

I told you I was a genius.

And Revan is implicitly pretty good, but how good remains to be seen. Reason why I want Revan to be totally NPC in the sequel.

Also, Revan is supposively much better than the Exile, since in the original ending for KOTOR II he comes and beats your ass, I think.

A point hinting about that is the shade paths in Ludo Kressh's tomb on Korriban. It is the Exile's life, starting with his choice to follow Malak, his actions in the war, the betrayal of Kreia, and finally a confrontation with Revan.

1) Well, true, but according to some, including Rex and Nai, Mace has mastered both Ataru and Djem So in the process of mastering his Juyo/Vaapad hybrid. By switching between these forms rapidly, unexpectedly, he could hamper Revan's ability to defend himself. I'm not saying that he would completely and utterly crush Revan's defenses, but with the addition of Vaapad, it might surprise him enough to give Mace the edge he needs, enough to hold Revan while Luke finished Malak.

Vaapad is the outcome of his complete lightsaber style studying so basically it's Vaapad = form IV + form V + form VII.
Therefore the question is why he should switch styles in a battle because his Vaapad is already a blend of those styles. It is quite much unpredictable and Revan can't know it - two advantages in Maces favour.

But again I would give Yoda a better chance because if it comes down to being unpredictable I think that Yoda is even more unpredictable than Mace because of his movements. Ataru (as Yoda uses it) is designed for keeping somebody in the defence - as I said once: It's hard to develop decent swordsmanship against a mixer aimed with a lightsaber.

Fair enough; but just barely. . .

And Janus. . . what?

What what now?

Your first post on this page refers to. . . ?

Revn89's previous post.

Hm, my mistake.

Bump. . . I think this is a much better thread then some of the others, and I'd like the discussion to continue, unless of course, it's over.

I'll continue it when I have time to reread the whole thread... I've... um... forgotten what was posted.

Lol. . .

NJO LUKE

bump

I think that Luke and Mace will win, not easily, but in the end both will kill their enemies.

revan would defeat like but mace would defeat malak and then revan will defeat mace

how can revan beat luke luke is a force god and havin that much force power u would have to b good with a saber revan is very good but not close to the uberness of luke

Once again...please do not mention the words "God" and "Luke" in the same post.

u might not like it but it's pretty much true there are alot of things i don't like in star wars but they're true so excpet them

stalemate

Is this actually being argued? Luke would solo. revan was defeated by lord vitiate (nothing to be ashamed of.) Sidious is much stronger than vitiate, who is half as strong as luke.

No. It was. 8 years ago.
