you must be a democrat. I'm sorry, but it is the responsibility of a grown man to know the laws. Everyone lives in their own world. These failures of life still have to abide by the law. NO ONE is above the law. both parties in this situation are just as guilty as each other. however, trying to convince someone to break the law is not against the law. No matter how immoral it may be.

It is against the law, they do incite them. One, they promised him $25,000. Then when they were done taping, they turned their back on him and never did anything for him. They rpmise them booze, they threaten them, they give them $10, they even say that they'll be friends with them to do these things.
They have minders whos sole jobs are to keep the homeless people drunk all day so they will do these things. As one of the 'actors' said, "When you want a beer, you'll do anything to get it. You don't think. 'Bash your head against the wall.' 'Okay, I'll do it jst to show you I'll do it.'" They find people with alcoholism and worse and exploit them. Plain and simple.

yeah just like the analogy of naked people and discrimination 🙂. I guess it comes down to people who believe alchoholism is a disease. I was never trying to side with the people who participate in the manipulation of bums. I am just saying both parties are equally accountable. saying that the bums are not because they were drunk is the exact same thing as saying a man who beats his family is innocent because he was drunk. the man made a conscious chocie to get drunk did he not? If you dont know that alchohol alters your perception, then your a moron and dont deserve to live in a civilized society.
Actually, far more homeless people suffer from schizophrenia than you might think, they also might become alcoholics, but it's the mental disorder that put them in a tough situation in the first place.
Alot of homeless people who are also substance abusers were homeless before they became drinkers or huffers or whatever. It's used as a coping mechanism. Not justifying it, just stating what I thought most people recognized.
For anyone who thinks that homeless people are that way because of choice or as a result of substance abuse, I suggest you donate some time at a homeless shelter.

these people have more than just alcoholism, they also, as someone said, usually suffer schizoprenia or other mental illnesses. No one chooses to be homeless - it happens for outside reasons. No one wants to be homeless.
I've noticed that homeless people seem to be one of the few groups left that people can freely make fun of, belittle, and spout nonsense without being called out on it in our society. THey are no less human because of their psycological problems.
