Generalisation much!?I'm bisexual, happy with it, and pretty damn fine to boot eyes
No, sorry... ok seriously, I understand where you get your opinion from, I see the basic principle, but where do you get off labelling every single female with a tendency towards pussy? 🙄
Excuse me for finding myself attracted to the same sex, I just feel so grouped. I hate feeling grouped fu If you feel like I just jumped you for no reason, validate the above post. Do that and you may just get an apology from me. But remember, I might be a butch lesbian with huge beefy arms, I might just kick your ass 😂 Oh my goodness, what a load of crap.
Nay, my mistake good lady. Didn't mean to generalize....could've SWORN i put a disclaimer in there somewhere ...damn....seems i forgot. Anyway, i appologize if that sounded like i meant EVERY bisexual woman. I'm just talking about most i have come to know/spoken to/etc. Not saying all are that way. And nah, i doubt you're butchy 😛

Why doesn't being straight lead to being gay then?
Rather silly rationale.
That and no, I won't be left alone with my right hand because I don't exactly intend to date a lesbian.

Because if you go by the principle that sexual preferences are something that's influenced mainly by society and not inherent, then it makes sense. I don't see what you don't get. If Jane is straight and she meets sally who is gay (going by the society influences principle) Jane won't give a damn about Sally's hitting on her. If Jane is a bisexual and she meets Sally, she might go out with her, even enter a long stable relationship, that can lead to Jane's decision to be a lesbian. So....the way i see it (if using the society influences principle) , bisexuals are more prone to becoming lesbians....what didn't you understand? Maybe i wasn't clear enough.

Nope... I still think you're not quite right there. You're basically saying that 'Jane' will automatically become a fully fledged lesbian should she choose to enter into a serious relationshp with 'Sally'. But I don't agree... Jane can still be considered merely bisexual regardless of the status and seriousness of her relationship with Sally.

Not even by a longshot. I'm not saying she'd automatically become one as if Sally were wielding some evil lesbian magic spells 😆
All i'm saying is that seeing as how Jane would enter that relationship, the chances are higher for her to become a lesbian than they are for the straight Jane that wouldn't even enter that relationship. 😉

Example;
Like I said, I found myself to be bisexual and am currently going out with a male. Now, when I decided to begin a serious relationship with him, I didn't suddenly decide that I was straight. That, in my opinion, is really shallow. I am and always will be bisexual, but because of my feelings for him and my consideration for our relationship I will never act on those impulses. Make sense? Just because I am in a serious, heterosexual relationship, that does not automatically make me a heterosexual.

I see what you mean. The way I read it was that if Jane was bisexual and started a relationship with Sally, then she would have to become a full lesbian, which is pap.

That would be just crappy totalitarian KKK-style mentality....which i can't be accused of, since i despise it 😉

Let me right off the blocks and say this; What if we don't go by the principle that sexual preferences are a societal influence? As they can come from many things? Would that be ok? Good. We shall proceed then.
If a girl finds girls more sexually or emotionally satisfying, it doesn't mean she will become a lesbian. Just prefer girls over guys, which she can very easily still be attracted to.
If a girl is bisexual and gets hit on by a lesbian, it doesn't make her any prone to being lesbian, because most bisexuals are only bisexual because they don't want to choose, they feel fine with liking both.
I don't see where you gain this preconception that bisexual females are more likely to be lesbian.
