MM might have a chance, or possably GL, but only if they played it really smart while the Runner played it c.ocky. If they're actually fighting in the DCU, Flash might be able to counter the Runner if he manipulates the speed force itself. OTOH, if Wally tries his usual "go fast" tactics, he'll loose.

No one yet has attempted brute force against the Runner and not been humbled. He's won 1 on 1 bouts with both the Silver Surfer and Thanos. The Surfer was nearly beaten to death.

Finally someone gives the Runner some props!

Does the Runner have the space gem?

The Runner has the power to make people "like him" as well as at least class 50 strength (Marvel RPG has him at Class 100).

The JLA would have to be very careful not to let their guards down against this special ability.

So, even if they can avoid his "likability" factor, Batman and WW would simply outclassed and beaten senslessly.

GL and Superman definitely would stand a chance, but the writers would probably want a face off between the Flash and the Runner.

Space Gem Runner owns.

Regular Runner could be narrowly defeated with a sound plan from SUpes, Flash and GL.

Manhunter is way too slow. GL is way too slow. Supes is way too slow. Even FLASH is too slow. And the Runner cannot be killed. Plus I think he can use the Power Primordial. Once again, the JLA is screwed.

Runner isn't as fast as he seems, he more or less bends reality and space to make himself fast. He isn't the fastest in the Marvel Universe, but he's still probably faster than Flash though.

The fastest in MU is the eternal guy, he became light and can go as fast as speed itself. Mihkala or something, I can't remember.

Mikkari is no match, in speed Runner can go from this side of the universe to another.

Mikkari is the guy who makes fast vehicles, that shit surprised me to say the least, out of no where he becomes faster than speed itself.

I don't know if he could do it again though.
