HUNTERS YEEES ! ( Ark excited to see them ) now the Grunts and Jakals no need to worry as much ( hunters start firing at the flood ) hehheee the grunts may not be powerful in groups of 3 but in very large group like this NO ESCAPE . ( shooting as many Flood at once ) WATCH OUT FOR THE LITTLE ONE THAT SUCK UR BLOOD ! ( Ark trying his best to keep things together )
Saligah had broken a path through the human forces. His comrades had held them off, saved the prophet. He looked for Bren, he needed a status report. He saw the hunters: "Bless the forerunners!"
Saligah turned to the prophet, Assh. "We need to pull out to a safer location. I want to use the hunters to gurad our rear as we evac to a secure location. Then as a whole our forces can regroup and counter attack."
Saligah turned, still looking for Bren, he needed t know whats going on for the defense of the base.
"So be it" Assh said and moved his hand marking the holy sign. "If that is what you deside, Saligah" He looked around himself. His imperial guards were him faithful, as they stood right next to him, not moving or even talking. "You will find us a location, Saligah, you or your men. You may take one of the imperial guards for protection. He looked at one of them, who slowly walked furth, saluting to Saligah.
"You probably know as much as I do, at the moment." Bren said as she blasted marines with her plasma rifles. "Our forces are here, defending the prophets and..." *crackling on headset from one of the Scarab crew* "Mayday, mayday, we are under attack! The demon is..." the line went dead. "Oh no." Bren whispers.
Toss' De turned to his brother "we protect rear!" He said as he fired again, killing four marines and wounding three other. A flood infection form jumped onto the dead bodies and animated them "Kill The Flood First!" Un said, being able to speak all of the covenant dialects at once, so that all units would understand. He opened fire on a carrier form, it exploding and taking out all nearby units. "De! Report to the high one!" De ran off toward the commanding officer to give a sit-rep.
"The Scarab has been destroyed by a Demon..." Sees the Spartan. "A Demon is here! Fallback to the ships get them airborne. Guard the prophets!" Sees a Spartan approaching activates active chamoflauge and advances unseen toward the Demon-- if nothing else she might stall it until the Prophets had gotten to safety...
"Bren, dont get yourself killed now" Assh said as he got escorted by his imperial guards towards the ship. As he hovered towards the ship, he with his hands made some symbols in the air, and according to the prophets that was a sacred symbol of protection. He made it towards Bren. "The great journey will be forfillen, and you will not miss it." One of the imperial guards looked at Assh, as Assh nodded. The imperial walked back to Bren. "I will aid you" he said and ignited a sword.
