Halo Covenent

(Recap for 2Tidus! and other new players:
The Covenant forces are on Earth. No human presence was fortold yet the planet is inexplicably over run with them, looking for the Ark so they may bring Salvation to all. (Beginning of Halo 2). Their small force, not really expecting combat is under attack by the human marines as well as (inexplicably) the Flood (only way I can guess that the parasite is here is that it was already infesting one of the Covenant ships.) To make matters worse the Scarab has been destroyed by a Spartan (Demon) and another Spartan (Silent Wolf's character, (by the way, Silent Wolf, where are you and what are you doing?)) is closing on their position as they try to protect the Prophets (namely Assh, The Unforgiven's character)

Brent, reverently, "We will destroy all who imperil the Great Journey."

"Lets take this demon down," The imperial grabbed a plasma grenade and another one.

Kiltok and Saligah soon reached the outside of the building. Kiltok surveyed the broken human city. Buildings were on fire; Parasites were everywhere... Wait! No, but it couldn't be!

"Saligah!" said Kiltok to the Elite next to him. "A Demon! Look!" he motioned down the street while turning on his active camouflage. "It's attacking Bren!" he cried as he charged down the street, igniting hi sword and readying himself for immenint death...

(Silent Wolf, where are you? There's at least 4 characters attacking you now? How about we all just attack at once. Shortest lived character ever. Didn't even have a name yet...)

(We can't kill him yet. Maybe he's sleeping... or something...)

Saligah let Kiltok charge the elite. He would defend the prophet with his life. He withdrew his carbine, the flood ushed on. "Ark, come in Ark. We need you in a high ground, cover the prophets retreat. If needed help kill the demon."

Saligah turned to the hunters: "The human forces are closing in on us, be the fore fronty of the attack. Rally them around you, fufill your part of the great journey."

Saligah creeped behind the human lines, they would soon know the meaning of pain.

Assh started to speak prophecy about the world, and all that during the escort back to the ship. That held the moral of the troops up for a while. He watched Saligah walk of. He must be careful, Assh thought.

Kiltok attacked the Demon mercifully. The monster was strong and quick, though, and he couldn't land a killing blow. The Parasites were soon upon the dueling two, forcing Kiltok and the Demon to seperate. When more human forces arrived, Kiltok was forced to fall back.

He retreated to Prophet Assh. "Prophet, the Flood will surround us. Human forces are rising, and their carcuses are only helping the Flood along. We are in trouble, my lord. I suggest immediate retreat, at least out of the atmosphere of this rock. When we are in space, we will be able to attack the humans on their ships, making for an easier--if temporary--victory."

"It sounds like a great deal. So be it. Take us out of this rock" assh said as Tekka came running. "I fought the demon, but had to run, he is comming this direction. He killed the flood. I am sorry if i failed you, holy prophet." he said and bowed.
"You did not fail anyone" he said and touched the helmet of the imperial guard. The guard rised and started to escort Assh.

Kiltok commanded a squad of grunts and jackals to board a Covenent ship. When all of the Covenant boarded, Kiltok approached Prophet Assh once again, bowing, and said, "Sire, once we reach te orbit zone of this planet, the humans will follow, I am sure of it. With hope, the parasite will not be able to infect their ships, and we will have an easier victory."

"Then lets hurry" Assh said and as he hovered up to the ship he saw the demon walking far away, shooting down covenants like flies. "Monster" he said as he boarded the ship.

ARRRG ! ( Ark shooting the flod but too many ) IM GOING TO THE EMERGENCY SHIPS BLEN !

((Fighting Marines on Earth, Bren and Tekka suicide running it))

Un saw the two elites dissappear "Must help my comrades" He grunted toward the four other Hunters and they advanced toward the Marine offensive, pushing them back. They created the distraction the Elites needed. De arrived to find his brother shaking a rocket launch. "HA HA Brother! You have the most fun!" De said as he charged into the marine line, his shield catching a marine in the face. The marines blood left a grueling mark on the shield, and Un laughed at his brothers bravado, but soon lost his high spirit as he saw the Demon. The demon hefted a sniper rifle and was aiming at De's back. Un ran towards De and blocked the shot with his Shield, he aimed and fired at the spartan, the spartan ducked and rolled right toward the two camoed elites...

arrrgg !( starts emergency ship) well ..... i might be able tosave some people ( flew machine to Bren )

(Would it be fare to sneak up and impale the demon on energy swords now or should we wait for the player to return?)

can i join as a defected spartan?
