MC couldn't have possibly lived up to OOT.
If it had 8 dungeons it could of, and OOT is incredible once you get the Master Sword, Child Link is pathetic except in the Bottom Of The Well & Shadow Temple. I hate the prologue of the game for some reason, I always saved all of my files to right before I got the Master Sword, and when you become Adult Link is why it's one of my favorite games of all time.
Minish Cap had original items, the hat was a nice humorous twist, the dungeons had a twisting degree of difficulty, the fusing kinstones is great, just not enough dungeons.
OoT used to be the BEST game to me. Nothing could compare to it..but after awhile I lost interest in Zelda. I really should replay OoT and MM again..to try and get back into the series.
I sure hope TP actually has a combat system. After playing the likes of Ninja Gaiden, DMC3..etc, I think it's time for more than just "A,A,A" as combat..
I ment city, It started growing a few years ago and went from town to city and I am getting used to the HUGE change to my Hometown. but still I was so exited about TP coming out in november... now oblivion comes out before it! They ruined my whole year! I LOVE Zelda, If you have ever seen Nactous talk about Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, you will know how I feel about Zelda. ZELDA IS THE BEST GAME SERIES EVER! A link to the past was one of the first video games I ever played, I have a strong attachment to that game series, and It is because of Zelda that is the reason I kept my love for Nintendo when X-box came out. But I must apologise for my language earlier.
BTW I don't think I could stand living in a large city...

Well there goes Christmas 2005, oh well, all the more better and more dungeons. ✅
THIS IS BULLSH*T
NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Zelda delayed
After much discussion, the Zelda development team has requested extra time to add new levels, more depth and even higher quality to Zelda: Twilight Princess," said Nintendo of America's vice president of corporate affairs, Perrin Kaplan. "Consequently, we're announcing a new global launch in 2006, after the conclusion of this fiscal year (March 31). We'll provide a specific date at a later point in time. While this may come as a disappointment to many eager fans, it will absolutely enrich the game and make it a multi-million seller.
Atleast it for improving
