Zelda hasnt gone gold yet, so officialy its not done.
Also, most games are pushed back because a: a killer bug needs to be fixed b: its not up to standards or c: its not done due to the overzealous execs. aka Gabe Newall from Valve.
And by the way, presales are for the actually store, not the developers. They still get the money anyways.

We have our ways of finding out things... though I am slower than most. and I agree with you about the pre-sales.

Okay, so it's true, the game is a 12 rated game! I was hoping for this game to come (well no not really but I'm glad!) 😄
I love 12 rated games, not one for 15's though, even though I'm gonig to be 17 in November...they seem boring, shooting, racing etc...
