alright, elaboration time. In the EP III book, the sith knew all the lore, prophecies and skill of the jedi order, but how does this happen? I thought about it and the only conclusion that i can come up with is that after Yoda killed the Sith master, the Jedi assumed the apprentice was too young and innocent to have been completely taken by the dark side, and so take him into the order. He becomes a jedi knight in the order and manages to make copies of all the jedi secrets in the library and sneak them out, he then leaves the order as one of the lost twenty and takes on an apprentice. a couple of generations later comes Darth Plageus, who is obviously unique as a sith because he apparantly has many loved ones that he wishes to keep alive, an obvious weakness since his apprentice, Sidious manages to kill him in his sleep. I don't think it's too far a leap to say that plaguies learned to preserve life not only from looking inward as the novel suggests, but also from reinterpreting the same Whill prophecy that qui-gon used to learn how to become one with the force.
just a theory, like my last one.

Doubt it, the Jedi Lore was not all that secret. Dooku still destroyed a lot of knowledge and probably stole a lot from the Jedi archives when he became a Sith. It would not have been to hard for an outstanding senator and later on the chancellor to find out a lot of things about the Jedi that he should not know. Especially when you look at how weak the Jedi were in ROTS. They let the Chancellor dictate a lot of things to them.

Not going anywhere useful, it seems. Closed.
