Rocky has more heart than any other man, training from Mickey, Apollo Creed, and Apollo's manager, he's taken on enhanced/peak human opponents before (Drago was the epitome of Russian Technology). Plus the Power Montage is absolute. He could beat Phoenix with the proper use of the Power Montage.
I'd pay money to see a Triple Threat Death Match between Rambo, Batman and Dutch (Schwarzenegger from Predator) in a South American Jungle, though.
Rocky isn't just a boxing strongman, he was a 2-time World Heavyweight Champ. After Apollo trained him for the fight with Clubber Lang he was more than just a brawler, he could fight with skill and finesse as well as slug it out. Then in his prep for Drago, who was enhanced by super steroids and basically engineered to be the best fighter the world had ever seen (Bane?), Rocky broke through to another threshold and defeated him without any enhancements, just heart. If he gets a prefight anti Batman montage he'll take Batman. The montage will show him training in ALL the ways necessary to beat Batman in a boxing match. They might even show footage of Rocky training with Lady Shiva. If the fight was K-1 style I'd take Batman, but in pure boxing, Rocky won't stay down, you'd have to kill him, and Bruce won't kill.

Batman's not beating Rocky with the Power Montage and his theme music. The montage nullifies all prep, training, and special abilities an opponent of the montage user(s) may have. Nothing Batman does will be of consequence after the montage. The theme music adds extradimensional energy (magic) to every blow Rocky lands, causing an exponentially greater degree of damage to his opponent when he strikes. For an example, watch Rocky 2. Watch Rocky's first fight with Clubber Lang, then watch the 2nd fight (after the montage) and see what all of Rocky's punches do when the theme music is playing. Rocky's strength and endurance become superhuman while his theme music plays.
Hell, they might even show clips of Rocky in a lab working on becoming a scientist and forensics expert. With proper use of a montage, Rocky could become a better detective and tactician than Batman in less than 5 minutes in real-time and beat Bruce at his own game.
The Power Montage is absolute.

If you compare the success ratio of all action hero movie montages to Batman's comic fights, you'll see Batman can't win.

Rambo, Dutch, John McClain, Casey Rybeck, Braddock, Commando, American Ninja, Jean Claude Van Damme in Bloodsport and Kickboxer, James T. Kirk, Action Jackson, Shaft, even Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse.
The Power Montage is an ability to alter reality. It can alter the fabric of creation itself.
