batman would win it, he's mastered pretty much every form of martial arts known to man. Among those would be varoius types of boxing, and batman represents the very best that a human could possibly ever be, without taking steroids ( which Rocky didn't do either). Not only that but batman is incredibly intelligent and would adapt to Rocky and eventually.
I'm not saying that it would be a blowout, Rocky would gte some licks in, but I feel certain that eventually batman would take it
In a boxing match ROCKY IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT. He will not stay down. It doesnt matter how many kung fus batman has in his belt, he is just a man, and can only punch as hard as a man, and from the looks of Batmans physique, he is considerably weaker than what Rocky has had to take down before. No matter how many times Batman hits rocky, he wont go down. Rocky gets STRONGER the more beat up he gets, like a miniture former pornstar Hulk. Batman doesnt have the heart to win it. He would get frustrated and be all like "Ive beaten Superman, I have millions of fanboys, and I know all kinds of Kung Fu, yet I cant keep this guy down! What the hell am I even doing here? If I only I could hit him in the head with a thrown device..." and Rocky would just keep screaming at him while punching until Batman throws in the towel.
Batman might "know" boxing, but just "knowing" boxing is not enough in a real boxing match. Batman has no experience in the ring, whatsoever. Batman's prep time would probably be wasted looking Rocky up on the bat computer hoping he is weak to kryptonite or something. Once he sees he wont be able to beat Rocky, he would probably try to exploit Rocky via his friends and family. He would scare Mickey and give him a heart attack, and that will further ensure Rocky's win. Batman would also go down to the local hotel and buy all of their 50 year old boxing gloves to work out in, so he can hit a few things and be all like "Ooo look at me I broke the boxing gloves!" (actually, I am no fighter of anykind, yet I have managed to break apart boxing gloves while working out before. I guess I could own batman in a fight because I must be super strong)
In a boxing ring Rocky is unbeatable. Thats the RULE. Its like saying "Batman vs Superman and they are fighting in the middle of the sun" Rocky aint getting beat in the ring.

Thats a moot point. Remember Rocky has never fought someone that he is "suppose" to win against. He always has fought someone that out classes him in every way shape or form. But his training montage represents him training to get to a level where he wins. It represents the factor that cant be measured by barbells or tape measure. Its his undefeatable spirit
I mean, Rocky beat Mr T! Nobody can beat Mr T. MrT brings cabbage to a gun fight and WINS. He is impervious to bullets! He has a cool van! He can fly as fast as superman (although he never did because he hates to fly) And Rocky beat him!
rocky may have the spirit to win and would give it his best, but he's just a normal guy who trained for at most 5 years to be a fighter.
Batman was set up by DC to be the ultimate human in everyway, he's as strong as any olympic power lifter, he's as fast as any olympic sprinter, has a well above genius level i.q., and so on. Also batman has been training in every form of martial art there is since he was 14.
However you could argue that batman and Rocky are on a similar footing in terms of simply boxing, and i'd give you that much. But the real reason that Rocky really can't come out of this fight the victor is because due to his massive intelligence and training batman is a master at finding and abusing the weaknesses of his opponents.
Batman can't be beaten by someone who is a human w/o enhancements (steroids, drugs, venom...) in a one-on-one situation.

But your missing looking right past why Rocky is Rocky. It doesnt matter what you do to Rocky, Rocky will not be beat. Whatever weakness he has, the montage cancells it out. He will always get back up. Batman cant win.

Rocky has Micky, Paulie, and Apollo at his corner. And of course, Adrian is watching from the stands and tells Rocky to win.
Batman has Robin, Batgirl, and Alfred at his corner. And uh...Catwoman can watch from the stands and tells Bats to win.
You may all think this is a joke, but I'm really curious/serious about this.
My personal opinion is that Rocky will win. Eventually. But hell, this would be the match of the millenium.
Rocky takes it in the 15th.
