Time for an ol' break-down of the situation...

Hypothesis:

People who are bad should be tortured.

Results:

Bad people = bad.
Torture = bad.
People who use torture = bad people.
People who are tortured = sad people.

Conclusion:

If bad people are bad, and torture is bad, and people who are bad should be tortured, then we should first torture the people who use torture. Because they're bad.
