DC has officially stated that in terms of strength and physical power/prowess, Wonder Woman is surpassed only by Superman and her rival is Captain Marvel. Also, a Wizard Magazine article offered its opinion that of all the super-heroes/heroines in any comic universe, Wonder Woman ranks #4, trailing behind Superman (#3), Thor (#2) and the Silver Surfer (#1) in overall power and abilities.

that Wizard things sucks. Serouisly. And Captain Marvel has time and again proven to be Supermans equal. In armwrestling neither could move the other, in speed they both can keep up with a Flash. Its really not that hard to comprehend. Black Adam is less restrained than CM and would therefore prove a greater challenge for Superman. Thor is nowhere near that in reaction speeds. BA takes this.

black adam is a rival of hawkman, who is very similar to thor, thus black adam isnt going to be far out of his element
since thor uses his hammer to fly, adam may be more agile in the air
thor has a hammer, adam has fists
thor can throw his hammer, giving him a distinct range advantage
thor is a more experienced fighter than adam
