Very even fight.
I've always thought DC was on a higher power level than Marvel though I'm not sure how true that is anymore. In his early days, Thor had quite a few powers that may or may not be canon anymore.
BA gets his powers from the gods and is a warrior. Thor is a warrior god. Both have the mentality that they won't back down for anything and have that warrior rage thing going for them. This would be the ultimate fantasy fight. They would fight until they both had one shot left in them. Then they would both hit each other at the same time and knock each other cold.
