1. Pretty much a DSDCL Scythe + an Okinawan Kusarigama (the chain and two Scythe like weapons basically take after the Okinawan Kusarigama)

3. I agree. At the very least, it'll let us know whether she is using her Zanpakuto or not. Srsly though, Kubo is not revealing the Bankais of way too many captain-level characters. Shunsui, Ukitake, Ol' man Yama, Yuroichi, Unohana, & Aizen.

Anyway, yes. My justification for the difference is half-@ssed, at best. Both Shikai's are connected. One is red rope that has metal rings in it, and the other is a chain. My logic was that rope didn't really play a part. But, that's not really true, is it?

Why does Aizen even need to dodge anymore? Granted that Isshin found away around his shikai, but everyone else is automatically pwned if they have ever seen it. So why the heck is Aizen even getting hit?

It would be cool if Gin killed off Ichigo. It would make his predictable(lame) bankai cool.

judging by the end of the chapter, I suspect that Rangiku and Izuru are going to get involved in Ichigo's fight wtih Gin and I can only hope that they won't give Ichigo some kind of opening that ends up wtf pwning Gin.

and yeah Aizen doesn't even need to dodge anymore, but I guess it's just a natural thing to do.

Since he views himself as a god, he probably thinks using a Shinigami power like his shikai is degrading himself. I dunno.

Gin's Kamishini no Yari is incredibly fast though. He'd already retracted it while Ichigo was still in the middle of his dodge.
