The PSP Kid pwned Ichigo and Ikkaku though. Clearly he could back things up, unlike Time Guy.

I refuse to find that hair of his badass. I can not actually take him seriously because of it.

On the flip side, he is one of the funniest characters in Bleach.

Make a Zanpakuto! Shikai and Bankai. Also, consider which Division you chose when deciding(since it does seem that certain divisions are different in regards to the zanpakuto in them).

You should set restraints on the powers that the Zany's have.

Don't be too overpowered?

No, more like, If it takes more than 7 words to describe it's power, then it's going too far.

It prevents the "My Zany has all the powers of any Zany that has existed, exists, and will exist. My Zany also has a +1 power ability that makes my Zany +1 more powerful in any ability that anyone can think of."

Don't call it a "zany", that's just really gay.
