I still liked Kenpachi's victory, better.

I also liked Renji's convictions to his morals: he would rather die than give up his fundamental morals. Sure, that's a bit stupid, but it's still ...I dunno...cool?

Hitsugaya's was smarter. And better.

Granted, it's insulting and sexist,but he probably comes from a different time period (like Edo Japan).

Because he isn't doing his duty if he is hesitant to kill the enemy. 😮

He has multiple duties.

Duty to self is the highest.

Duty to squad is second.

Well at least Renji can neutralize an enemy w/o giving up his stupid. And I do remember him using very violent means to try and catch his old friend Rukai.

Still this proves he can do his job better than Ikkaku at least.

I don't hate Hitsugaya as much as I did previously. Still don't like him.

Maybe that's just the excuse he's using for now. He's not a character I care for, but neither do I see him killing an enemy who is already defeated. Man or woman.

Judging on his own merits and not by his popularity, I do not understand the hate. I guess it's kinda like a Beiber thing.

Well, cool is a matter of perspective. For some reason, there are probably people out there who find Renji cool, for whatever reason. If I had to guess why Hitsugaya acts the way he does though, it would be insecurity. 😮

Yukio reminds me a bit of Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh!, who took over his father's company and made him commit suicide. The main difference is that Yukio was self-taught whereas Seto went through strict academic programs.
