Not like Naruto made a big deal about his first actual kill. Made a big deal about his first attempt though. And I don't recall if Luffy has even killed someone. My guess is not. So I don't really know why it's important for Ichigo to acknowledge his first kill when it's not important to the story really.
Naruto is somewhat justified given that he's been training to be a ninja all his life. But whens his first attempt? And when does he actually kill someone? Shippuden? And no, Luffy never kills anyone.
But its important because killing someone is rather a big deal and Ichigo is still a teenager. Plus it would be good to show him actually having an emotion for once.

His first attempt was with Haku. His actual first kill was Yura disguised as Itachi. And to be fair, he had Kakuzu dying. Kakashi just took the kill in order to get some of Naruto's exp.
Eh, he's still showing an emotion. Kindness. He really never struck me as the type to get sad over something like that.

The issue doesn't lie with Soi-Fon being a *****. The issue lies with her being an ungrateful *****.
Not really due to the anti-Ichigo perk their upgrades gave them. Unless he just decide to waste his bankai taking them all out at once since it worked wonders against Ginjo.
The only problem I was really concerned about with Soi-Fon was that she was acting like a ***** over something so insignificant. Even Byakuya has semi gotten over Ichigo's disrespect.
This by no means excuses Kensei though; Dude needs to know his place in the presence of Ichigo 😎

Looking back, Ichigo really could probably kill all the Fullbringers at once.
Ginjo wasn't exactly stomped all that badly, Ichigo was still injured.
Then again, the rest of the Fullbringers are so far below Ginjo even combined that they would be non-factors.

Well Tsukishima would have been a problem. Jackie, Dickhead, and Giriko would be killed easily. Riruka would be beaten easily because she is dealing with a less kind opponent. Yukio would offer some difficulty.

Rukio would offer difficulty simply because he did offer it and routed Ichigo from what SHOULD have happened: the ol' Japanese "slice everyone up and appear behind them while holding your sword like a cool dude" move.
Ichigo DID do that...but it was too late.
