Yeah Toshiro's fugged. not dead just cause his fangirls but he's out for the rest of the battle. Finally the tension is running high in this battle and you can see why Aizen is so cocky about not having to do anything. and Halibel is hot and I think this is pretty good evidence that she's a Vasto Lorde as she became more human looking after her release.

It was pretty much implied, since except for Espada # 9 (Supposedly the weakest since Yammy is the cero espada), the rest were all Adjuchas or above. Makes sense that the top 5 if not the top 3, would be at least Vasto Lordes. Though yeah, not explicitly stated.

I'm not sure how she was never thought to be a vasto lorde. All of them except that one Rukia killed were Vasto Lorde. 🙁

Not true at all. Yammy's mask very much resembles that of the sillouette Adjuchas, Grimmjow was a confirmed Adjuchas, there is no way Szazel being the sissy he was should be more than Adjuchas, and Zommari is most likely Adjuchas.
Ulquiorra if you notice has a mask that resembles the sillouette of the Vasto Lorde, so at least everyone him and up are probably Vasto Lordes, maybe even Nnoitra and up.

First of all, Aariniero WAS an Arrancar, all the Espada are. Only an Arrancar has a Resurrecion, his being activated by the command Devour.
Grimmjow never was stated to progress beyond Adjuchas level when he was a normal Hollow. He was then transformed into an Arrancar by Aizen.
Of course they are not technically Adjuchas/Vasto Lordes, they are not even Hollows in the traditional sense, but only Ulquiorra and above were ever Vasto Lorde most likely.
Do you even know how a Hollow grows in power? How a normal Hollow becomes a Gillian class Menos, a Gillian an Adjuchas, and an Adjuchas a Vasto Lorde? They eat other Hollows, technically a Gillian is made because Hollow eating Hollows are attracted to eachother, and a mass inter-devouring occurs, creating a Gillian. The Gillian can then eat more Hollows, and doing so can make it grow in power to an Adjuchas, and eventually a Vasto Lorde, of course these occurrences are rare. THAT is the Hollow hierarchy.
Aizen stated he wants to collect ten Vasto Lordes to be his Espada, not that they all are.
Hell, Aariniero directly stated that all other Espada were Adjuchas class or above when they were Hollows, if all the other Espada were Vasto Lordes, would he not have said all other Espada used to be Lordes?
Vasto Lorde is a title to describe a Hollow's state of being. To say all Espada are also Vasto Lordes is ridiculous.
And Toshiro stated ten Vasto Lordes can take down Soul Society, if this is true and all Espada were Vasto Lorde power, why was Szazel taken out by a single captain(who IMO is one of the weaker ones), Aariniero killed by Rukia, who is about liutenant level, and Zommari also taken out by one captain?

Wait. I feel ya. I just read the definition on the Bleach Wiki on what an Arrancar is.
An arrancar is simply a hallow that no longer has a hallow mask. It has been removed.
Aaroniero Arruruerie does not have a hallow mask, therefore, he is an Arrancar! Hoooray! That makes sense now.
However, this line brings light to the whole hiearchy thing...
"only Vasto Lorde-class menos will definitely assume a humanoid form." That was in reference to when a hallow becomes an Arrancar.
But, no, I don't think Vasto-Lorde are only the quatro. They are simply just exceptionally strong arrancar...which, to me, is any of the Espada.
