I think we've just met the best tactician in Bleach.

That's really not saying much when you look at this series as a whole.

But I'm kind of disappointed in Isshin's shikai though I guess I was just expecting more other than a glowing flame sword.

Not that it wasn't awesome but her strategy has been done before, i.e Kenpachi vs Tosen.

But she came to the conclusion much more quickly and her finisher was cooler.

Naruto's entire arsenal in Part one was trickery really. This wasn't unlike the Naruto vs Kabuto fight but I would argue Masaki's is a bit better because Hollows would actually try and eat somebody whereas Kabuto was struck with annoying PIS.

One that was done by Kenpachi hundreds of chapters ago mind.

Kenpachi wishes he could be as cool as Masaki.

No but the reason people like it is because it's a character using strategy to beat an opponent vastly stronger opponent.. Kenpachi on the other hand was never really challenged by Tosen. More bored than anything.

Kenpachi was more powerful than Tosen, but Tosen had an ability that was hard to combat, one of the more broken bankais in the series.

Vastly stronger? Then why did the Hollow have so much trouble biting through her shoulder?

Quincy can do this thing called Blunte Vein(sp?). Maybe you've heard of it?

So what you are saying is: It was not vastly stronger?

No it obviously was. She couldn't hit the thing lol. Yhwach is way stronger than Ichigo but his blunte vein(that he did accidentally) stopped that guys sword.

Also Tosen calling it Whitey. Almost pissed pants.
