we'll find out next chapter I suppose. and now that we have been introduced to more of the sternritters, it looks like the letter assigned to them does indeed indicate their strength. given that Bazz-b (among others) were able to survive being burned by Yamamoto despite being near the middle end of power amongst the sternritters, then Haschwalth (spelled wrong most likely) must be pretty beast to be Bach's 2nd in command.
oh and it looks like now there is dissension amongst the ranks. Bach is gonna have some internal conflicts on his hands most likely.

as for the 'rankings' well, I'd say that in addition to the letter describing whatever power they have (like Kirge with that J for jail thing of his), I'd say it probably rates them like the espadas were rated. then again, Kirge was pretty tough despite not being a sternritter, so we can't be sure of power rankings for these guys just yet.
and Uryu is cool and all, but compared to the others, his level of power is nothing special, though it has potential.

So quick question.
We now know why Isshin lost his powers and how. So...where did the Final Getsuga Tensho come from? Him not having powers for so long made since if he'd done it but that isn't the case. If he knew about the move then why didn't he just use it against Aizen instead of making Ichigo do it?
