Nah. Ichigo is a cool character only up to Soul Society and even then he's not on Naruto or Luffy's level.
Naruto's gay love aside, his backstory is still very well told and touching imo, and his part 1 and current selves are pretty damn awesome and funny.
Luffy is the best though. Just straight up a really great, fun character. I love his bond with his crew, you'll never get me to admit that anything in Bleach or Naruto has gotten to me as much as when Kuma separated the crew or when he declared war on the WG. I unashamedly admit that I weep womanly tears whenever I get to those parts in those 6 minutes videos. Out of the three he's the most emotionally open and he has more heart and soul than the other two combined.
Toriko is also above Ichigo btw. And he's more attractive.
I don't really care for any of the main protagonist of the big 3 but I will say that Ichigo is the most tolerable of the bunch. Naruto's stupid child prophecy ruined him for me while Luffy being a moron who turns out to work almost every situation in his favor is also unsettling.
But how come nobody is talking about how Ichigo has two Zangetsus. I also wonder if he will have a release command and a base form to the swords.
agreed. Ichigo, for all his headstrong attitude and evergrowing power set, he was just a normal teen starting out in comparison to Naruto and Luffy, which adds more to his character as he grows as a person.
and personally, the two Zangetsus looked pretty sweet. but the pose he had when it showed them somehow reminded me of Cloud Strife and his swords from FF7 AC.

Luffy barely makes any decisions or moral judgements though. Plus he's a complete moron. And his stupid ass caused Shanks to lose an arm.I don't see how Naruto his anymore of the chosen one than Ichigo, mr 'I have every power because I'm just that super special awesome.'
Teenagers suck though. 😬
Which inherently makes him more unrelatable because every day people, even children, are forced to make moral judgements. And considering both Shanks and Oda don't seem to treat it as a big deal(and Luffy doesn't seem to care after hundreds of chapters) I can't say it counts.
Because being the chosen one dictates the character's path. The moment it was revealed Naruto was going to change the world. That and it hurt the concept of a hard work vs genius.
But teenagers are Kubo's demographic lol. The biggest problem you seem to have with Ichigo's character is that he has "every power" under the sun. But I've yet to see the problem this causes.
'Tis true that Ichigo's Nakama are so out of focus that the very idea of them being important is laughable. But is this Ichigo's fault? No, not really. The reasons Ichigo's friends fell out of the spotlight is because Kubo spent way too much time with the Gotei 13. As it stands I see no narrative problems caused by Ichigo having all of these powers. At worst it is simply funny/facepalm worthy that this one guy just happens to have all of them.

Naruto's a shounen protagonist. Bringing about severe change is part and parcel of the protagonist. Besides, he's trying to save the world not because of some prophecy, but because he wants to preserve his bonds & create new ones, a far more prevalent theme in the manga.
Unlike some cases, being 'the chosen one' doesn't actually afford Naruto some sort of super special protection against the 'forces of evil'. We've already seen Naruto come dangerously close to going over the edge because of his bonds.
As far as I can tell, it's because despite his multitude of power sources, Ichigo somehow ends up being on roughly the same level as the other powerhouses in the story. It's a part of his character though. He kicks ass and takes names when he's determined to do so.
My only problem with Ichigo being gifted with so much power would be that Ichigo was able to unlock more power and obtain a higher level of existence in 2 months than Aizen obtained with a century of planning, but that doesn't actually affect the narrative like you said. Kubo also managed to tie that event quite well into his "Zangetsu was never really Zangetsu", and "Ichigo is a Hollow/Human/Quincy/Shinigami hybrid" ideas.

What do you like about him?
I like how much he's grown as a person over the years. He went from a ruffian that beat up people in middle school just because to a responsible adult that literally had the universe in his hands.
I also like that he is almost as powerful as any other characters but his rookie-ness still creates a big weakness for him. Despite his vast power, he still does not have the honed abilities of some of the older characters.
I also like that he could not control all of his powers and how he even lost some due to his decision to save everyone at the cost of himself.
I also like that he is finally powerful, again.
Lastly, I like it that he is decisive and extremely strong-willed.
