I thought we were done with angsty Ichigo. Goddamnit!!

Also while I thought this chapter was funny it also shows that Ichigo coming to SS, taking who knows how long, was only to save Kenpachi and that Zero Division might be just as incompetent as SS.

So in the next chapter we'll be seeing Yhwach, Hashwalth and Uryū fight the Royal Guards with Bankais Blazing.

A real three-on-five battle where strategy and teamwork is key to victory, right?

Well I can't say I was expecting that line in this chap.

Well um...so does this mean the other 3 are guys too or what?

Also I seriously hope the Zero Division actually knew Bach was coming because it would be really stupid if they unwittingly sent Ichigo to SS. Furthermore what was the point of Ichigo coming there when he essentially has to go right back to the Soul King palace.

Given that the others have boobs and feminine curves.... it would be creepy if it turned out they are guys.

So that Ichigo can show off by rescuing his allies, of course. He can't do that from the palace.

I like Pretty-Boy. He's always been....sassy and wins when he has to. He's the type of gay guy that you go to for advice and I think Kubo has done a good job of capturing the "cool gay guy" persona with him. 🙂

So what I take from this chapter is that the dude is a dude and came in Bambie to make her a zombie.

This chapter frightened me.

I gotta say, I have no problem with crossdressing. Crossdressing to get into the military is a long-honored tradition, like Mulan. And I do hope this isn't leading up to a transphobic reaction.

But I'm also wondering- does Ikkaku have, like, Wolverine-level smell or something? How do you even smell that? I mean, I assume the quincy wasn't just having a wank before this.

Well her dream shown previously was a world of utter darkness. So probably not quite a heroic example of crossdressing. But she is adorable and does have some great comedic moments. So be cautiously optimistic I'd say lol.

I was thinking more like he had amazing gaydar or transvestite-dar since he is one or both of those things (gay and or a transvestite).

Apparently "reeking of semen" is a Japanese expression used to disclose the gender of someone who's hiding it.
