From a purely objective standpoint...I will say that a Phoenix avatar will roast Nate Grey. Without question. I consider a Phoenix avatar to be at a level close to a high level Celestial.
I dislike the concept of the Phoenix Force, however. Going from nonexistent to leap-frogging over LT...I have a real problem with that.

I love phoenix i post a lot about her when the appropriate threads are around, other than that unless she's related to a topic i dont mention the character. Phoenix probably would win but I do agree the idea is pretty half baked. I liked the X-men when they actually had a hard time with par-cosmic individuals. Now we have one who is supposedly above all cosmics, one who is Molecule Man lite, one that is Magneto lite and an array of others. They decided lets listen to the fanboys and make them uber instead of actually taking 5 minutes to think of a story with an actual plotline. X-men should be underdogs instead of the Leage of Par-Cosmics.

no i dont realize how stupid that sounds but i sure do realize how stupid YOU sound, rachel did not defeat galactus, from what i remember galactus was only defeated by DARK pheonix, and that was not even jean grey, it was the PF which had created an artificial body for itself while jean grey hibernated in a cocoon, and yes nate can very well challenge zeus, and odin, he would have a tough time with a celestial sure but looking at the actual achievements of the celestials, they ae not as impressive as every one believes, nate grey destroyed all the harvesters siingle handedly while he was still far from his full potential and also can tap into every mind on the planet at one {just like the celestials did} while cable is thought to be able to eat stars{cable who even at full potential wont be as powerful as nate}. and why exactly dont u wanna hear anything that moira mctaggart said{a person who knows mutants and their abilities as well as xavier and magtneto.
