Phoenix was called an aspect of TOAA on many occassions in Uncanny Xmen actually and Jeans power as Phoenix was stated to be second only to TOAA. Check up on the references i gave you in my previous post.
Jean is also shown a servant of the Crown as stated in the comics which is where Gods consciousness lies and where she draws her power from. All you need to do is read New Xmen especially issue 154 and its all made clear. Do you know anything of the omega point theory? Well Grant Morrison connected Phoenix with this theory in New Xmen and if you read 154 with knowledge of the theory you'll see that the computer like voice, the phoenix consciousness is supposed to be god. Its all in the comics im afraid.

Franlin Richards is a mutant. Jean is the ultimate mutation. Which is the point where she can tap into the the Phoenix Force the creation power of TOAA. There is nothing beyond that.

Dont be fallacious Leon. TOAA is Marvels God. Jean draws power from the Crown which is where Gods consciousness lies and where Jean resides when shes done her phoenix work. She is the Phoenix of the White Crown .That is all made very clear in the comics theres no debating that. In Uncanny Xmen she is referred to as an aspect of god.
