This fight is debatable but I don't think it's fair for a mutant to be paired up against something that is practically the mind of The One Above All, I'm not saying this isn't a debatable fight its just that when you're arguing you should know some facts about Phoenix, I assume that all of you know when I debate about Phoenix, I don't go on and on, like if anyone read the Phoenix vs. Unicron, and even if I do or if anyone does, it's because they're provoked or annoyed, so these personal attacks are really meaningless, so just accept it don't egg each other on, cause that'll just feed more personal attacks and even if you don't agree that her feats are impressive enough for proof, just listen to the things stated by writers about her ultimate mutation, and until and if it is retconned she will be the 2nd most powerful power in MU. Now...without speculation...using just simple facts and logic...it got clear (i guess...hope) that Nate(second to Franklin) is no match for a full powered Jean.

TOAA is Marvels God. Phoenix is referred to as the equivalent of Tiphereth which is the heart and soul of the multiverse an aspect of God. Phoenix draws its power from the Crown which is where Gods consciousness lies. The avatars all serve the crown which is why Jean is called the phoenix of the crown. The computer voice that talks to Jean in the Crown if you know anything of the omega point theory is gods voice. It is this voice that directs the phoenixes as shown in the New Xmen 154 when they are all in the crown.
LT is a servant of TOAA however Xmen Forever shows that Phoenix is the only constant in creation it keeps the creation cycle going on forever and ever. The phoenixes enter normal space-time in order to steer evolution towards the realization of the Omega Point in the distant future,and they bring ever-new Universes to the eternal immortality of the White Hot Room,Big Bang after Big Crunch after Big Bang...forever. LT is shown to be affected by this cycle (which that scan was referring to) and with creation being ended he is no longer required and is absorbed. wannabe, that was only in the onslaught saga, it was then AND ONLY THEN that he created A POCKET UNIVERSE, that was a long time ago, after that franklin went on a multiversal journey with howard the duck and some others through many FULL sized universes, {franklin with his powers would have known if it wasnt a full sized universe } along with his cosmis friends, well later on it turned out that all those FULL SIZED PERMANENT universes that those guys were travellin through were nuthing more than subconcious creations from franklin's mind!!!!!!!!!!! franklin created those complete universes without even knowing it, {can you see that ive used no sneeky ; language or anythin else, this is the plain truth} thas just how vast his powers are, franklin also RESURRECTED galactus with his sistor valaria and ended the MULTIVERSAL threat of ABRAXAS by bringing balance to eternity after galactus was killed by the galactic alliance{again, plain truth} and even thought it seemed that he had lost his power, it turns out later out that he actually hadnt burnt his powers out at all and had all of them in him{now you can see why saying that hes just celestial level is plain stupid} these are just some of the feats among an ever growing number of a kid who has hardly reached anything close to his true potential, now you tell me, has anything the pheonix done factually come close?
