Of course he has a disadvantage, like I said, he is a bigger stronger opponent that knows spiderman, and is VERY much like spiderman.
In an up close head2head fight, there is NO invisibilty, I brought in NO invisiblity, you did.
Wolverine's dodging ability is NOT near spiderman's, that is a fact plain and simple.

Venom goes invisible, and while wolverine is busy tracking, he's already webbed, AND tendriled up.
