Ok, so the conclusion is that Wolverine's body isn't immortal

His soul is 😐

I still conclude that if his body is destroyed he can't come back too it.

He isn't healing from a drop of blood or a single cell, that much remains the same

He needn't even HAVE the drop of blood or a single cell, anymore, it would seem, 😉.

lol grimm22 really having a hard time with this

Can someone explain this whole immortal thing to me, I can't find a good explanation of it but from the little I have heard it sounds quite intriging.

I actually semi-like this twist they gave Wolverine. I still wish we had Classic back, though.

The only thing I'm having trouble with... why does he get to choose, basically, to go or not to go to Heaven (or the "light"😉?

Or maybe, as the Atlantean put it, why isn't he allowed to?

when someone burns there is always residual dna traces anyway, thats why badly burnt victims can be recognized thru dental records, and ashes always reamin as well, so since wolvi's body is in a constant state of healing anyway...you know with seeing his natural aging as an injury thus retarding it? it is entirely possible that littlest bits of dna reamains somwhere on his corpse, even the infamaous nitro incident, we can clearly see that his eye sockets are glowing..which to me indicates that its just the corneas burnt out and since the huamn eye is the size of golf ball anyway there was some form of tissue left in there

his imortality comes from his soul. Logan has a normal healing factor that regenerates his injuries how ever when he injuryed enough and I mean like having his body turn to a skeleton he dies, but his soul lives and he chooses if he goes to the light and dies for ever or if he chooses to come back again. How ever in recents visit to the after life a demond has been waiting for him and if logan kill the demond he coems back, but if logan is to lose he will die for ever.

well he did not give the reason I think it becuase of his son and the stuff he done in his life. I think he wants to make amends for it and also he enjoys life why pick to die?

Thats actualy pretty cool, if there wasn't a demon i'd think it was kinda tacky but as logan has to work for it this could bring around a pretty decent story line.

Though i wonder why logan was under the control of hydra in enemy of the state, wouldnt he revive himself before ebing resurected by Hydra?

BTW has the ID of his son been revealed yet?

the reason logan fights the demond is becuase he the one who killed him.

no see if the hydra and hand brought him back before his soul enter his body and thats how they were able to control him. also logan was always fighting the controlling so that might of been due to the fact he would have come back regardless of hydra

Didn't Logan regain controll by himself anyway (with a little help from sheild)

Also is their a specific time limit on how long it takes for logan to come back to life? Or is it based on the severety of his condition?

So Logan only fights the demon if the demon kills him in the first place?

So if someone (say Dr. Strange) literally destroyed Wolverine's body, it's logical to think that he would not have the ability to come back.

It seems to me that while his soul may be "immortal," as in it can never permanently be destroyed, he still needs some form of a body to return to.

Thats a thought what if someone say Dr strange killed him then trapped his soul Logan couldnt be revived?

no he orignally never had to, but then he killed the demond and from that time forth he has had to fight it. how ever he only been a soul a few times like 5.
