She also has a suit that is suppose to make her un track able, gives her 10 times to all her stats, mutant telepathic powers allowing her to read peoples minds, also allow her to shoot force blasts a long with other abilities. Logan fights her and realizes the only way to win is to use lethal force in which he does and defeats her.
Wolverine Origins & Endings issue 39: Wolverine battles with Winter Soldier when he finds Winter Soldier in order to get information, however Winter Soldier was ready for him with one sided preparation giving Winter Soldier quite an advantage. He was able to through ambush hand cuff and stab Logan. How ever with all of this advantage it was not enough to secure the win. Logan through skill and resourcefulness was able to no only recover, but gain the advantage and win.

Logan then high jacks the x-wing and crashes it into the woods. After all that damage Logan was still able to take havoc out in short order and was able to take Beast out in a single panel.
Uncanny X-Men issue 390: Wolverine Faces off with a super assassin. This assassin was able to predict were Night crawler would teleport and defeat him. He was also a highly skilled fighter with superhuman reflexes and durability. Logan after been burned twice extremely badly was still able to defeat this super assassin through out fighting him. Logan showing some of his intense skills was able to defeat this super assassin.
Wolverine And Now- - Shatterstar!: Shatter star attacks wolverine in which Wolverine with out using his claws defeats a Shatter star who is indeed using his swords. Logan shows his skills through this battle which is quite short since Logan easily defeats his less skilled opponent.
