I'm Gonna Sue my old Middle School!

Ok, back when I was in 8th Grade, When Slipknot I was wearing a Slipknot T-shirt That had the Masks on It and. A teacher came up to me and told me it was "Innapropriote" and told me to turn it inside out and i said **** that to her face and She said If i refuse She'd write me up, and of course I refused again. And I ended up getting 3 After school Detentions. Now I just saw something on TV where this kid Had on a Marylin Manson shirt and a teacher made him take it off and He endend sueing the school and making alot of money! So its 4 years later, think i could still sue? I'm gonna Do this, Its a Violation of Free Speach or some other rights 😱 I'm going to be rich! 😱

She tried to give me some Bullshit excuse that it was scaring the Kindergarteners cause i went to a k-8 school. But that wasnt the reason. She would always criticize my Musical Tastes cause I liked metal. And she would have the dumbest Things to say like "If you keep listening to metal it will mess with your mind and you'll kill people and worship satan" 🙄

well it can come in handy but it can also be really stupid like if a robber breaks his hand while robbing your house he can sue you now thats messed up

well yes it is against your free rights as an American citizen, but your school will probably say some crap like : "But its invilation(sp?) of the school rules and causing a distraction to the learning atmosphere we provide here at BLAH BLAH BLAH"..thats how the teachers think/act

true, but teacher's fat a$$es can be just as distracting as a t shirt or necklace
