Not properly. Yahman believes ive contradicted myself and i need to address that. Plus i need to show you why they are indeed one.

You dont seem to make a distinction between Phoenix and the Phoenix Force/Consciousness. So when i say Jean is Phoenix your ideas behind it lead to you misinterpreting my posts, which leads to accusations of contradictions and so on. Then Yahman jumps in and i end up confusing myself more than anything because im not entirely sure what his perspective on the comic is or even if he's read it.

Basically i need to take a break and come back to settle this. Right now im all over the place. 😂

I'l take that as a compliment ... i hope . I don't really have a ' his perspective on the comic' i havn't read it ! I've just disected what you've said and you tend to contardict yourself IMO. Don't worry mate come back tomoz, this is a lot of fun tho ! 🙂

So prepare yourselves....because now we're going to get convoluted explanations on the differences between:

1)Jean Grey
2)Phoenix
3)Phoenix Force
4)White Crown Phoenix
5)Phoenix with various levels of approval
6)Phoenix consciousness

He'll go through all kinds of innate exercises to make it all fit in somehow, when really, all we have to do is read the Handbook's explanation and it all makes perfect sense.

And how does "magic" fit into all this (ahh, nothing like throwin' another spanner in the box)? I've always had a problem with "magic." Seems too free-wheelin', anything goes, a true creation of PIS and CIS with its origins in the magical/wishful thinking everyone does as a child.

LOL....I dunno. I never disagreed much with Creshok on Phoenix. I'd say if anything, GS is alone on his most extreme views. GS and Cresh are correct in that the PF is the energy of creation....I never disagreed with that. They're also right in that it's responsible for all the abstracts, since they're all "creations". I never disagreed with that, either.

Where I DO disagree is whether Jean and the Phoenix are one and the same. I suspect that Cresh's views are actually more similar to my own than GS's. GS will likely come in and try to make a distinction between the Phoenix, Phoenix Force, White Crown Phoenix, blah blah blah to make it all fit. I don't see it as being that complex, and i'm not sure where Cresh stands on that.

So what I'm trying to say is, I never saw it as an "us vs. them" kind of thing. I saw it as an "us vs. HIM". 🙂

OK, but Phoenix is powered by future generations not god TOAA, so I think that makes the Phoenix force less than omnipotent. Which means I suppose somebody Creshosk (is that how he spells it) thinks is me was maybe the most right of all. I am not getting into this argument though as I hate cosmic beings of all types you cannot argue "Who is the most omnipotent", its ridiculous.

That's actually an excellent point. Since it was revealed that Phoenix is powered by future life, we know for a fact that its power isn't unlimited. The universe itself is not perpetual, it's finite. Eventually all life comes to an end, and even all potential for life comes to an end, leading to the destruction of the universe. So it can only draw power of up to the total amount of future life, which is NOT an infinite number. This shows that even the Phoenix Force has a limit.
