Gl ring vs Quantum bands

qauntum bands basially have more power in general while a gl ring is more versatile but potential the q bands can do the same.

QB is power powerful ------ Quasar is a child, and doesn't know shit.

GL ring well lot more resourceful

quasar is not the only person that wore the quantum bands

I know that the Q-bands dont work against magic, telepathy(not too well), and molecular manipulation.

The Ring used to not be able to work against anything yellow.

i knew that but i thought it still happend to some Gl rings(the whole yellow weakness) as pointed out in Gl corps issues

It was the rookie GL's that still had the problem. They have to be taught how to beat it.

The big 5, have no problems with yellow however.

Yeah i know but in the way you posted it semed as though the whole yellow weakness does not exist anymore............but anyway is it just me or does the Gl corps have more odd looking aliens then any other society or comic.

Here's an example of the Q-Bands limitations. He can't affect anti-matter. Then again... most people can't. Had a long argument with another poster about how even the Spectre can't do anything about anti-matter.

FYI, Quasar did find a way to prevent the anti-matter from destroying the Earth's sun by warping it and shunting it into the Quantum Zone. This was in 'Galactic Storm.'

Plus his constructs never disappear. They stay there as a construct forever until he absorbs it back into the Quantum Bands.

It does have TP immunity. Check the respect thread link above.

He can also program his constructs to detect any type of energy blast and automatically raise shields when he is attacked. Ballistic projectiles like bullets and such he has to erect a shield since they usually do not carry energy signatures.

Quantum Bands don't have Matter Manipulation/Omniversal Encylopedia, but that doesn't change the fact their power is still limited to 24 hours posibbly slightly longer, then they have to recharge again. Quasar doesn't have to recharge which is a big plus. And Quasar's constructs once created are their until they are absorbed again by him, or destroyed by a much more powerful being. IE: Thanos.

Those scans show Quasar having resistance to mind control. He doesnt have much resistance to psionic-attacks however.
