Actually he is vulnerable to psionic attacks. EX: Psi-bolts/Telekinesis etc... But telepathy, he can resist. Oh, people with psionic powers are usually vulnerable to his attacks as well. 😉

question whats stopping Quasar using a full amount blast or letting lose the power of the quantum zone from his bands, is it because of the risk it cause to the Universe or becasue he has not got the mental strain to do so.

you mean essentially, empting the entire contents of the q-zone into ours?......that would be awesome and very destructive

Nothin stops Quasar from unleasing all that power except good all fashioned common sense. He recieves no mental strain from it anymore so than you or I would feel fatigued from turning a pipe out on full and watching the water flow out.

IMO, the GL rings are more versatile and offer a wider array of powers, like DNA scanning, etc. Essentially "anything you can imagine", though i have problems with that. Now I personally prefer the Quantum bands to the rings simply beucause of the potenially endless output of the bands. Against most forms of energy the Q bands own, plus they don't require you to actively focus to maintain or create shapes. With the bands once you create something, they exist until you absorb them back. Plus lightspeed travel, augmentation of strength(like Mar Vell did b4 Quasar), teleportation, and programable shields aren't too shabby.

The potentially limitless amount of energy, and control of virtually every type of energy sold me on the Q bands though

C'mon the ring definately...

PIS, the bands, cause we saw just what they were capable of when surgfer became guardian n learned to use em.

Right, bands at full potential, IMO better than the ring

So the gl rings are limited to the user mainly so if we we to put two novices on the devices its more possible for the person waering the quantum bands to win????????????

He hardly has to use matter transmutation cause he is practical in the way he does things ala hal jordan. he does have all of it but not the last one since he doesn't really need it. He got something better which is the best damn cosmic awareness in MU.

no but he used his nega bands to absorb cosmic energy which increased his strentgh,

The bands not only allow the user access to the entire Q zone full of energy, but they also allow Q to controland manipulate all other forms of energy, except Darkforce.
Cosmic Awareness. Instant Teleportation. And lots of fun.

so the gl rings can't manipulate energy??

even if they do, QB still have the more power source so if they all let lose qb would still be going.

it grants the user as much strength and speed as you need in any sitution, it absorbs and/or reflects all kinds of energys and it can cut throught anything.

Q band definately, they are far more than just energy construct creators like quaysar's if u wanna see thir real potential see guardian{silver surfer} wearing them take down a sumwhat hungry galactus single handedly.
