Likely? You have nothing to support it all, no proof no quotes nothing. Just your own wild beliefs. And I don't have to proof up here. We know QGJ couldn't handle Dooku why would I need to proof he could never do that? You are the one saying something stupid like he could.
Show facts if you think so, otherwise just shut up about it because you are just guessing based on nothing.

He probably does understand the will of the Force better, but that does not automatically grant him über powers that could defeat his old master. Especially since he came to find this knowledge (Somehow... what a bunch of bullshit, really) after he was already pwned in combat by someone lower than Dooku's boots in a bog.
Who said anything about QGJ getting uber powers? I only said he understood the will of the force better, I know Dooku is superior in lightsaber and force powers.

A) How the hell is this? The four of them are standing there, weapons ignited, while Sidious is still facing the opposing window. As soon as Sidious [B]charges them, they put themselves into combat stances. Agen Kolar gets run through in a single thrust, Saesee, on the backhanded swipe, and Kit, after a few moments of sparring, by a slash across the chest. They were all ready. Sidious is just. . . good.
B) Big whoop. He got chopped in half by a Padawan. Arrogance? Yes. But Obi-Wan actually had something on him, chopping apart his saber like that.
C) Obi-Wan never used the Dark Side. Aggression doesn't equal Dark Side. Jinn was sixty. Obi-Wan, twenty-five. There's obviously going be a physical difference in their combat effectiveness.
Here's how it plays out:
The trio rush Sidious. He leaps up with a spastic spin, screaming his ass off. A single swipe rids Maul of one end of his saber, and a kick throws him to the ground, as the Jedis' strikes are parried simultaneously. Thrusting upward, the Dark Lord dislodges their weapons from his, and with one hand, grips Obi-Wan in Dark Side energy, strangling him. With his swordarm, he slashes outwards catching the still stumbling Jinn in the throat, killing him. As Maul leaps back up to strike down his seemingly vulnerable Master, he hears Obi-Wan's neck snap, and sees the Padawan's limp body fall to the ground. As Sidious' saber parries his strike, he curses himself for his stupidity. It's the last thing to ever cross the mind of Darth Maul, for Palpatine's next swing cleaves straight through his collarbone, into his heart.
Very nice there, but lets not forget its very hard to focus on two things at once, or even three. SO it would be hard to focrce grip Obi force push Jiin at that same moment and par with maul as he is choking obi, that is a bit difficult. This is a 3 vs 1 and if they were charging not sitting there
