There's nothing to "get away" with. Storm did her job, Slipknot failed to heed numerous warnings regarding the content he was posting in the OTF. He had plenty of second chances, and he blew it. I liked him about as much as you guys, but there's nobody to blame but himself. Let this be a lesson to anyone else that thinks they can defy authority and start a barrage of stupid, nonsensical, vile, vulgar threads and get away with it.

No, he didn't. He doesn't have to confirm any actions taken by Global Moderators when it comes to banishment of users. That's why they're selected as Globals.

This is the "Off Topic Forum", not the "No Topic Forum", which seemed to be the basis of his threads, and when they did have a topic it was about smoking pot, about getting suspended, about beating people up, about being an ass to underclassmen, then there were the ones that got him banned, being the one's being overly descriptive and inquisitive about feces, the ones with numerics for titles and bodies, and just overall bullshit, troublesome spamming, the likes of which we're trying to weed out of the OTF.

Seriously, i liked Slipknot alot as well but whatever he did to become banned was his own fault and the Moderators are not corrupt and would not do something out of spite or stupidity when it comes to banning members, especially Global Moderators.

Slipknot was cool, but he was banned for breaking the rules.
