But not in the way that I mean. Sure, they looked at powers that could be combined, but not what could be stacked to even greater effects.
Like, the chi fire and teleportation scenario, raining down chi blasts. That's using two powers for one strategy, but at seperate times.
It's the powers that can be used together at one time that I'm talking about, like Deathstrokes superior aim coupled with the accuracy of a shoulder burner.

I'm trying to say that it seemed like synergy wasn't commanding enough attention from the VOTERS, like they weren't paying enough attention.
