But, if he sticks to the "It's magic" point like he said during mine & KVD's match, then it's TK.

Things that are magical in origin are ok, as long as their effects don't have any undue advantage over non-magical effects.

E.G. My magic sword is ok, as it's the magic involved is just its back-story. Its effects aren't much different than most "normal" superpowers or high-tech devices.
