Since the "evil" side of the spectrum would be more logical, which is basically acting selfish and doing for yourself even at the expense of others, than abortion is really the most logical option for a girl who is pregnant. This makes sense, because while it's considered a good thing to sacrifice your own well being for another person, it's obviously an illogical choice.
Although this logic does directly clash with your other theory that conservatives are evil and liberals are stupid/crazy. According to this logic, it'd be the other way around. Liberals would be the evil ones for wanting to do away with morality and live selfishly while conservatives are naive for thinking that man could live against his true nature and obey God's moral code.
Honestly I'm not trying to disprove you or saying this is the way things truly are. Fact is, I think your posts are entertaining.. no need to catch feelings over me questioning a logic.

Good/Evil have nothing to do with selfishness. You're thinking of evil as in the peversion, I'm thinking of evil as the entity. English has not created a word to differnate them both, but they are two COMPLETELY differant things. Perhaps you'd understand better if I said..

Yes. I understand what you mean about God and Satan. But there's one thing I still don't get..
At first you say that evil and selfishness have nothing to do with each other and that justice without mercy is true evil. In your earlier post you said that Satan was all about merciless justice, so that would make him the epitome of evil. But then at the bottom you listed God(+), Satan(-), and Evil (perversion). So really judging off the bottom part it would seem that neither God nor Satan are evil, they just have different ways of dealing with evil. So real "evil" still seems to refer to perversions like selfishness and immorality.
Alright... I am really disappointed in all of you. If there were no demons or "evil spirits" Then why does the catholic church recognize them as existing? There is the devil, of course, mentioned in the bible. Named Lucifer, he was once an angel that attempted to overpower god. He was supposedly banished from heaven into the gates of hell. Now, If you look at opus one, if you know what that is, it is one of the most primitive forms of the catholic church. They accept this as true as well. If you know anything about religion, there is always a talk of either heaven ,purgatory, or hell, What is in hell? Demons. Apart from this, demonic possessions are found all over the world. There is no scientific proof for it, of course, unless you count the merciless videos and tapes of spirits. Ever heard of an old relative visiting someone in their dreams. I'm not saying that it wasn't a dream... who knows... a person might be psychotic after all, yet there is the undeniable fact that religion has a HUGE part to play in this. If there is so much evil in the world, why must there be a question as to whether it exists. Believe me, if you EVER talk to a preast or deacon about it, they will usually tell you "Speak of the devil and he shall come" or not to worry about it, and to avoid concupiscence at all costs.. My opinion. Demons exist. There is no doubt in my mind about it.
