i can say spider and fox have the the same speed , same strengh , same exp , same skills(since spider has the spider sense and grey fox has the stealth and many years of hard training) , but grey has a lot more fire power , he has his katana and his ion beam in his other hand , although spiders agility is far above fox he wouldnt be able to take that fight .

PS: REX is much bigger than anything Spidie ever fought (what I know of)
