Yes there is only ONE truth, and whos to say who know it...

There other religions what makes the bible so special because it's 66 books in one?

Well, before Jesus was born there were LOTS of people who were said to be the (semi) mortal children of one GOd or another.
Hercules was only one of them.

I think you're talking about the mythical gos like Zeus and them and we're not talking about them. Notice how those "gods" are with a lower case g and Chrisitans God is spelled with a capital. Just pointing that out. 😛

But comparison to the mythical gods and God the Father is futile seeing as there are too many differences to name. One, Zeus was a god who slept with humans, that's how he got Hercules, right? Half human, half god. God the Father is a spirit and you don't see Him doing any of that.

Plus, Hercules was for the most part I'd say that Hercules was basically mortal. The only god-like abitlity that he obtained was his strength. Jesus is in no way like that. Jesus was God on Earth. God the Father sent his son, Jesus to Earth to save people from their sins and everything Jesus did on Earth led up to that very important point: When Jesus died on the cross. I don't remember seeing Hercules die for anyone's sins. 😎

Horus also known as the:

The good shepherd, the lamb of God, the bread of life, the son of man, the Word, the fisher, the winnower....

Also had parallels with Jesus:

Transfiguration on a mountain. Also had a Key address; Sermon on the Mount, died by crucification, accompanied by two thieves, placed in a tomb. descended into hell, rose on the 3rd day, resurrection was announced by women, savior of humanity, future even of a reign for 1,000 years in the Millennium.

Also Osiris Dionysus:

Execution, resurrection, etc: He was killed near the time of the Vernal Equinox, about MAR-21.
He died "as a sacrifice for the sins of the world." 1
He was hung on a tree, stake, or cross.
After death, he descended into hell.
On the third day after his death, he returned to life.
The cave where he was laid was visited by three of his female followers
He later ascended to heaven.

His titles: God made flesh.
Savior of the world.
Son of God.

Beliefs about the God-man: He is "God made man," and equal to the Father.
He will return in the last days.
He will judge the human race at that time.
Humans are separated from God by original sin. The god-man's sacrificial death reunites the believer with God and atones for the original sin.

That makes alittle sence to me.But how can god be all three people? It is like saying that he is three different kind of people.

Try to remember a dream you had where there were people around you. All those dream-people were just different parts of you, all the different faces and things they did. All you.

😄

I always thought Jesus and God were the same person.

Because the Catholic Church taught us different Jesus on the second century.

Jews think Jesus was a fake, Muslims think he was a prophet, Christians believe he was the messiah

Actually Muslims would say that Jesus was the Messiah, i.e. the saviour of mankind but was only a man, because of their scrict monotheistic ideals. He was however God's greatest prophet.

Personally I think some people read a little much into this anyway, for me God him/itself defies human comprehention by his very nature and to be able to be 3 and yet one at the same time seems logical for an omnipotent entity which if it exists has at the very least the power to create the universe.

I don't think you understand what the hell you are talking about.

Jesus was only a prophet because Mohammed was the messiah. It has nothing to do with the Trinity.

Jesus was only a prophet because Mohammed was the messiah. It has nothing to do with the Trinity.

"O People of the Scripture! Do not transgress the limits of your religion, and do not say about God except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was only a messenger of God, and His word that He had sent to Mary, and a revelation from Him. Therefore, you shall believe in GOD and His messengers. You shall not say, "Trinity". You shall refrain from this for your own good. God is only one God. Be He glorified; He is much too glorious to have a son. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. God suffices as Lord and Master."

Edit: "Muhammad, Islam's Prophet, believed Jesus was sent by Allah to be the Messiah, miraculously born of the Virgin Mary, who brought the Gospel, who died, was raised from the dead, then ascended into heaven to be with Allah. Jesus would become an everlasting blessing to all mankind!" - Islam-101.org

Edit 2: BTW Mohammad was Islam's final Prophet
