As far as your whining on the Phoenix is concerned, new information automatically supercedes old. Agreed? If it was ever shown in any comic book that Phoenix Force had a [b]direct hand in creating Galactus, and that after the event's in Thanos #3, then I'll accept it. The mysterious issue seems to be MIA.

As for GS' scan of FF 522...I'm sorry, Reed Richards using the words 'Phoenix Force' means nothing...it's just a general statement. It's just the writer leapfrogging over Eternity and going straight to the PF. But it's not the proper thing to do...like crediting one's parents directly for the success of their child...totally ignoring the hard work of the child. I acknowledge the fact that the Phoenix Force had a direct hand in creating Eternity, but Eternity DIRECTLY transformed Galan into Galactus...and I have displayed the proof to back it up. [/B]

What you dont understand is that im not claiming that Phoenix did all the work LS ive never said that. I was just trying to get you to acknowledge Phoenixs involvement in the creation of Galactus. If Phoenix hadnt got involved then Galactus wouldnt exist. Phoenix protected Galactus from the death of the old universe and bonded him to the cosmic egg (the new Eternity) where Eternity gestated Galan until he emerged as Galactus.

The F4 scan was just saying that Galactus was made who he was by the energies of creation (phoenix) and he was. Eternity is after all made from the creation power of phoenix.

Thanos with HOTU, he becomes essentially the same thing as Pheonix. Unlimited power of TOAA, ability to change whatever he wants, etc. etc.

Oh, I hate Pheonix with a passion, but that doesn't change the fact that Claremont's viagra induced writing sprees are wrong. Same thing goes for Wolverine, just because he breaks all the limits set on him all the time, it still happens.

Just like you can't go around and make a bold statement that my grandparents were responsible for my creation...while omitting the fact that my PARENTS were more directly involved in the process.

Anyway, so that closes another chapter in the ongoing Phoenix saga...which continues to suck, BTW. 😉
