yeah, but if he kills them in purgatory, where will they go? 😐

funny if they just respawn.

They don't go anywhere.

Just like when angels and demons are killed.

They're all essentially the same thing.

my bad, i took this:

to mean something else.

He killed their physical bodies and their souls went to purgatory.

So he is trapped in a place with all the monsters he has ever killed.

Demons are human souls that have been sent to hell and corrupted. Angels are spirits/souls, some were created by God, obviously, and others are souls from humans.

These Demons/Angels take on physical shells, humans, to interact with the Winchesters. When they are killed by some special weapon, the Colt for instance, the shell is killed and the soul is destroyed.

Get it?

I wonder how much time Dean will be in Purgatory. I mean episodes because even though he was in hell for one episode, it is implied he was there way longer. Also, seeing how he is in Purgatory and all the monsters he killed are there, I dont see them needing a human shell, which would mean a lot of CGI/money. Money that i dont think they want to invest in the show.

Also, I wonder if "god" is trapped in Purgatory. It could explain why no one could find him. It could also mean a way out of Purgatory.

Seen the final ep for season 7 over here, It was shown on Monday.

I think the monsters will probably still look the same.

God being trapped there doesn't make any sense, or else he's a shitty God.

He put Cas in charge of getting heaven back in order so I doubt He's trapped anywhere.

Wasn't there a rumour that Chuck the Prophet might actually be Chuck the ... God?

how far did you make it through 5? It's pretty clear he was god at the end. NVM...saw what you were responding to.

anyways I missed season 7 when it aired so I picked it up on DVD and watched it all. Loved it. Can't wait for 8! Though I heard a rumor they want to try for 10 seasons and that worries me as they have done mostly everything now.

Killed Monsters, demons, gods, angels, Fairy's/leprechauns, (defeated)The Devil, Djinns, dragons, phoenix, The mother of monsters, leviathans.

They have been dead and back...to heaven, hell, and now purgatory....

EDIT:also time traveled and jumped through dimensions.

Whats really left?

...b but the Leviathan are suppose to be gods oldest creations...other then angles that is.

The Great Old ones wouldn't have been created by god. They'd be primordial cosmic beings like Death.

That could work I guess. Originally they did two seasons per main bad guy. 1&2 Azazel. 3&4 Lilith. Then end of 4 they set up for & then 5 The devil. I could see your idea being written into two seasons. Though iirc they never said that death was older then god. The quote was "I don't remember who came first me or god. It doesn't matter though because in the end I will reap him just like the rest." or something like that. If they did do it and came out and claimed his as older then god though I wouldn't mind at all. I love Deaths character. The guy that plays him is really good at it!

Lucifer said there was only five things in all of creation the Colt couldn't kill and that he was one of them. So we know it doesn't work on Archangels for sure, and God and Death (maybe the Horsemen lumped in with him) are certainly #1 and #2 on that list. So that leaves two cosmic levels beings out there unaccounted for. Maybe the Leviathans are one of the five (but I doubt it), but that still leaves something of immense power out in the ether that we haven't seen yet.

Indeed. I was just thinking about that last night believe it or not. I just don't want them to throw together seasons 9&10 without a solid story line. I would much rather them end it instead of writing it into a hole. This show has been my favorite show since it aired season one. Im just worried it will disappoint me if they try to push it to far.

I really have some catching up to do. I haven't seen any of Season 7 so I guess I'll start there.

So....does anyone watch this anymore. Just me? Oh well.
