Makes sense for angels and demons... But do dragons really need to look like humans? I mean, come on.

I wish that just once we could have a spectacular monster

Buffy and Angel did in nearly every episode, sometimes several times, surely Supernatural can have a good looking monster a couple times a season.

There were people in Sunnydale who didn't believe in the supernatural.

This episode didn't make a ton of sense to me... Why did they allow the Witches to live? I mean Dean killing the chick from Firefly has become an important plot point and she is hardly as evil as these two... I mean it's not like the Winchesters haven't killed stronger beings before.

Anyway, Charisma Carpenter is still as smoking hot as ever.

They needed that plothole so the Warlock could save them from the Leviathan.

Is it just me or does it seem like this season is leading up to Sam and Dean dying?

Sam and Dean died enough times already. I hope that doesn't happen. With all of the shiznit they've gone through, I hope they get some kind of peace.

between Death, those uber Witches from earlier this season, Angels, Crowley and that cleaning stuff that jacks them up, i find it really difficult to believe that the Leviathan can't be dealt with.

Remember when they frist took on a demon? How nobody had ever done it before and lived? Then they spent a whole season killing 20 demons a day. It'll work out, it has to!

Hopefully. They've been put through some ish and someone has to cut them a break.

The stand alone episodes this year have been great as usual, but I'm just not feeling the story line this year. I hope Death is the big bad next year or something because everything has been a step down after beating Lucifer and Julian Richings is perfect as Death.

How hard would it have been to have Cthulu released from purgatory. I honestly thought that was what they were going for in the first episode of the season... but the Leviathans have been a letdown. Cthulu would have been a fearsome threat at least.

Maybe Dick is Cthulhu!

Dick has to be strong, he could wipe out the demons.

Agreed. Cthulhu would be awesome and it seemed to be the route they were traveling...

Well another lackluster season concludes... Although, I must admit the cliffhanger on this episode was quite cool.
